How many bricks are needed for a photo mosaic?
Every panel is a 5″ square holding a 16 × 16 grid of 256 tiles, so a 5 × 5 artwork (25″ × 25″) needs 25 panels and 6,400 tiles. The review screen shows the exact panel and tile count for the size you choose.
Can I customize the colors in my mosaic?
Yes. Choose how wide a color range you want, fine-tune brightness, contrast, saturation and detail, then repaint individual tiles by hand. Only colors we physically manufacture are used, so nothing in your preview goes unmade.
Can I order the bricks after creating my design?
Yes. Once you approve your artwork you can add it to your cart and check out. Your kit contains every tile you need sorted by color, the labeled backing panels, connecting pegs and printed build instructions.
