Using this site

Pixel Brick Art is an online store where you can turn your own photos into buildable pixel-art kits. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse the site — that includes interfering with it, scraping it, or using it to upload or share photos you don't have the right to use.

Your photos and artwork

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the artwork they become. When you upload a photo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We only use your photo to create your design, your kit instructions, and — if you order — to produce the kit you purchased. We never sell your photos or use them in our marketing without your written permission.

Orders and checkout

Checkout, payments, taxes, discounts and shipping are handled by our store platform at checkout. Payment details are never collected or stored on this website. Prices, sizes and availability can change at any time. Placing an order means you agree to complete the purchase as shown at checkout.

Design IDs

Each design you create gets a unique Design ID. Your design's artwork and build instructions are only saved once your Design ID appears on a paid order. If you create a design and close the page without ordering, it is not stored.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you create art, your photo is processed in your browser to generate your design — photos are only sent to us in connection with an order. If you sign in with a customer account, we store your name, email address and order history so your account page works. If you contact us, we keep your message so we can reply. Our store platform records standard order and checkout information (items, shipping address, payment status) as needed to fulfill your order.

How we use it

We use your information to build and ship your kit, show you your orders and saved designs, answer your messages, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the store (our store platform, payment processing and shipping).

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to keep your cart and, if you're signed in, your customer session. These are functional — the site can't remember your cart or sign-in without them.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and to help us show more relevant advertising. The pixel records actions on this site — such as pages viewed, items added to cart, checkout starts, and email sign-ups — and shares them with Meta for measurement and ad optimization. In regions that require consent (including the EEA, UK and Switzerland), the pixel only loads after you accept advertising cookies in our consent banner; you can decline there and the site works the same. Elsewhere, you can opt out of Meta's ad personalization any time in your Facebook ad preferences. Your choice in our banner is remembered on this device.

Your choices

You can sign out any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us. Photos you uploaded but never ordered are not stored with your account.

If we update these terms or this policy, the current version will always live on this page.
